Mustardseed Media recently launched a new web design video podcast. This is a podcast designed to show off some design tips and tricks, like we try to share on the Geeks and God podcast, in a visual format.
To add to the coolness factor of this videocast Bob created an amazing introduction and is sharing the 'cast in sizes formatted for ipods and high definition.
The plan for this podcast is to release one episode a week and for the episodes to be about 10 - 12 minutes long. If you're looking to learn some new web design tricks this is a videocast to check out.

it's very slick, and I was going to suggest to Lullabot that they do a "drupal tv" mimicking this kind of thing. I know they have some video projects they are releasing, and showcasing segments of drupal techniques would be a good teaser to their video series. However, a user-generated drupal site with 'how to' videos would be a great thing for drupal. We just need someone to run-it (maintain it) for the community.

Video is a great way to go. These days we need written, audio, and video to get good stuff out in all the ways people use it.

drupal videos
yea, the thing about videos for drupal wasn't simply as a better learning model, although visual learners would pick up on that better. My emphasis on a drupal tv type of thing is to display drupal as sexier. Right now, it's still very academic and feels catered entirely to the development environment.

Drupal isn't sexy. I think you're spot on. More video for drupal could really pad the sexiness.

yea, the video tutorials I have seen on drupal are boring and the quality is bad. the adobe tv thing isn't a new concept... they just know how to make it fun.
